Science Agencies See New Budget Appropriations

STEM research and advancement communities were hopeful on July 10th, when a Senate subcommittee proposed only a small cut to next year’s NSF funding, rather than the $5B cut requested from the White House. They also proposed increasing funding to the National Weather Service and NASA.
